Sixth EDEN research workshop
To be held 25-27 October 2010 in Budapest, Hungary, the call for papers is now open. Researchers, practitioners and experts in evaluation and quality, developers of online assessment, and test users are invited to share their experience about this highly innovative e-learning field. One of the strategic aims of the workshop is to provide the opportunity for young researchers to present their work.
The call for proposals is now open. Proposals are welcomed from further and higher education sectors around the world and should relate to one of the four conference themes. Proposals must be submitted before 16 September 2010.

The conference provides a forum for sharing ideas on redefining the role and strategies of ODL in promoting cross-nation human capacity building. Beyond the main theme of “Expanding Horizons – New Approaches to Open and Distance Learning (ODL)”, will be the following sub-themes:
1) ODL and human capacity building
2) ODL in a changing world
3) Quality and ODL - the way forward
4) Management and strategic development of ODL
5) Open Educational Resources (OER) in a global world
