Through the Incubator project, Talis is providing Angel Funding and support for projects that further Open Education. The review board has been working through the various proposals, and have recently announced 8 finalists:

2. Improve Content Transport, Reuse and Dissemination with OCW/OER Materials from EnPraxis
3. Moodle Course Repository from Moodle
4. OE Starter Kit from Unobtanium Labs
5. OER Link from a consortium of agencies and projects across Zambia
6. OPACPress from the University of Lincoln and Plymouth State University
7. TwHistory
8. Learning foreign languages based on Wiktionary
